This TV is 2.5 years old.
"The LG OLED77M3YUA (M3 series wireless OLED) delivers high-end brightness, reaching approximately 1,300 to 1,400 nits in HDR peak brightness on a 10% window, similar to the LG G3 OLED. Its peak brightness can reach around 1,000 nits, similar to other premium OLEDs, and it supports HDR formats, though HDR10 Plus is not included.
This video explains the key features of the LG M3 OLED, including its brightness:

Performance: Uses the same OLED Evo panel with Micro Lens Array (MLA) technology as the G3, providing excellent, high-brightness performance.
Wireless Technology: Features a "Zero Connect" box to manage inputs wirelessly.

Note: Brightness can vary based on picture mode (e.g., Vivid vs. Cinema) and testing methodology.

It's the M series. Placed/ priced above the G series. This particular tv is 2023 model I believe.
This series takes the HDMI ports off the back of the TV and puts them in a box that then transmits wirelessly to the TV.

M3 for sure

It's simply a higher end TV with magic wireless connectivity that adds no additional latency. And of course it has a 5 year panel warranty since it's a flagship.

Plus it actually looks good when mounted on a wall, unlike the C Series.

The G-series is way better.

My one connect box for Samsung caused so many problems. So many things to go wrong and all that data in the air

I had this exact TV (only upgraded as I got a killer deal on a bigger G5). Its an excellent set.

rtings says they're basically the same, display wise: https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...7849/88602
I would say, get this one over the C5. Better warranty and better looking aesthetically, as others have mentioned.

Having owned this TV for over a year, I can say that LG, or particularly my TV, does not have that problem at all, I also keep the box within 3 ft of the TV with a clear line of sight so there may be issues that I do not know about, but at this level I can tell you that it is a beautiful bright TV that has worked flawlessly.

Aside from the actual TV, I personally like the magic remote on these older models better than the newer ones. I still need and use the number keys.
