This isn't correct. I have 5 Walgreens and 4 CVSs within 8 miles of my house. The print quality is simply store and timing specific. The printer, inks, paper and calibration of the machines is not fully standardized even in the same area.

You have to test at each location. And locations can change over time. The best print quality at one location might not be the best 3 months from now, I've seen this happen more times than I can count and have been doing this a few times a month for over a decade.
