I have a ThermoMaven wireless probe like this one. I have had a better experience with this than other probes including Meatr. It's definitely worth the price considering I paid $50 for 1 a couple years ago and it's still going strong

ThermoMaven makes great thermometers...I've been using...and gifting... them for years.

This P4 (wi-fi) model will work well for many users but if you think you'd need better connectivity between where the probes are being used and where you are with the base unit, you might consider spending $40 more for the G4 (sub-1G) model that's currently on sale at Amazon for $140.

I know for myself when I upgraded from a P-series (wi-fi) unit to a G-series unit (sub-1G) it made a big difference in my ability to stay connected with the probes when using them in my outdoor smoker and/or BBQ from virtually anywhere in my house.

I have the two probe version and it's great. I have pretty much tried them all and this is my favorite.

Thanks for the information! I ordered the two probes sub-1G unit when they were on sale at $50 and still not receive it yet. Now Amazon says will be delivered by next Monday. Was thinking to cancel the order and buying this wifi/bluetooth set. Hopefully it's worth the wait time.

I would buy at 100 but I was never able to reproduce the deal. I tried a few times over the past couple days. I will get it next time.

I like the ChefIQ version but I've had to replace two probes. How is the durability with these?

I have the 2 probe one. It works well with the app. Apparently there is a way to use it with home assistant but I haven't figured that out
