The most common complaint is that it sags in the middle, like a hammock. They advertise this as a feature, it fits to your body. I don't know how comfortable that would be.
The second most common complaint is that it's heavy. Costco doesn't show the weight, but the manufacturer lists it as 14kg/29.5lbs. I'll let you decide if that's heavy.

I got these and had to return them just because they are so uncomfortable. A cheap coleman cot is less sturdy but more comfortable.

We also got the kids version which is stackable as a bunk bed and kept those, they are still heavy but they disassemble pretty thin
