Newegg has the TeamGroup 1TB microSDXC for $120 - $22 promo code (FPSF69) = $98 before taxes. Shipping is free. In today's day and age, $98 for a branded 1TB micro SD card isn't bad. It's compatible with Steam Deck, ROG Ally, and Nintendo Switch 1 (not 2).

I am writing to report a premature failure of this device. Despite light usage over only a few months, the unit has ceased to function. Based on my experience with Samsung and SanDisk products, which have provided reliable long-term service, I found this particular unit's lifespan disappointing and unexpected.

Team group is known for cutting corners on their products. There is a reason why they are cheap

They claim they come with a lifetime warranty...so...I took the plunge.

I bought a micro SD of this brand years ago. It didn't last very long at all. Will never buy again.

Lifetime warranty won't help in recovering your data unfortunately

I have numerous Team Group USB flash drive and Micro SD cards of various sizes and models. At least half of them have experienced silent corruption. If that wasn't bad enough, they don't even throw I/O errors, they just return corrupt data (which may go unnoticed). I haven't seen any other brand be anywhere near this bad.

Agreed. I wouldn't put anything on these that you don't have backed up 3-2-1 elsewhere.

And it would suck if it dumped it contents (say from a camera etc) before one could.

Recently had a 256GB high endurance card fail after several months. It was in a doorbell cam. I have had Samsung High Endurance for years without failure. I submitted a warranty 2 weeks ago and have not heard back.
