We tried it out initially because I prefer a powder detergent to avoid most of the front loader smell issues and this has worked.
This 800-load bucket was the same price through Costco in mid-December 2025 as well.

You could add OxiClean to help some, but even then you're still lacking the enzyme cleaner making this ineffective at cleaning sweat, oil, food stains, etc.
If so, you have 400 loads, I do roughly 3-4 per week, so would last a little over 2 years. So cost is around 62 cents per week using 2 scoops at my average frequency.
If it works well that's not a bad deal. Can't comment on that part.
5 years if you do a 3rd load for bedding etc.
