Costco furniture is normally already assembled. From one of the reviews confirming this:

".... I loved that we didn't have to put it together ( except the legs- which you basically just screw on)."

I bought this for $499 when these hit my Costco. I was in the market for one of these for my entry. The quality and build is that of a $1400 to $2200 piece. Very limited assembly. Packed really well. Had tons of cardboard to discard of after all said and done. It is a funky color, but fit my homes style and class for a fraction of what I was about to spend. Really happy with it.
