Damn, yo. That's even worse than Grocery Outlet Bargain Market; at least they don't give near-expired soda and chips unless you're in the deal sections.

My go-to is Dollar General. Right now they have Dr. Pepper 12-packs at 3 for $14. I pair that with the $5 off $25.
