Don't forget to weigh value versus a dozen other brands. The MSRP is just marketing. All-Clad was legacy cookware at one point but now with so many different lines of products you need to be a little more selective. The D5, copper, and graphite lines are still nice, the D3 ... has little distinction in the market and at $100 for this listing, is not a standout. I have the 15" oval roaster in D3 and its nice and I'm very happy with it but that one routinely goes on sale at Macy's for $50 (or less) brand new with potholders in a kit.

Just received my recent order. Bought a d5 fry pan with lid but the lid I received looks like a d3 lid (no logo). Too late to know it's a normal thing when ordering seconds

Bought the 6qt on the last sale which was similarly priced and its been great! Nice wide pan and heats very evenly. Might pick up a second one actually
