Solid deal. All Laminate inc top. Which may be a "good" thing from a durability standpoint point, especially if this is for a kid that may or may not take care of it or for a beater guitar....

I'm done with Musicians Friend. Twice on these sales, I placed an order for my son and both times, they were either backordered "forever" or they tried to sell a floor model, then it was backordered forever. Not a fan of the vendor.

Musicians Friend is owned by Guitar Center, and they share the same inventory and ship from the same warehouses. I've been ordering from both for 20+ years, and my overall experiences have generally been great.

Have ordered for both for around the same amount of time, find on Sale Items it really can be a crap shoot. Order and get a confirmation, don't hear anything for days. Then when ya follow up , told money is being refunded (could take up to ten business days) as the order is backordered with no more inventory available. Tends to be on the Very Good Deals. I'd get so ticked off, felt if they confirmed your order, taken your cash, then should live up to their end of the deal. Worse , not once were they forthcoming and started refunding my money knowing they couldn't fill the order. Not until you call and get a real person on a call will it start to be processed. That's some BS right there.

Then lots of orders placed over the decades have been great, no problem, quick delivery etc. Basically learning ya have to take the good with the bad sometimes when there is a great sale . Look at it now like what I may order on sale has a chance of arriving of 50/50

Personally I would get one with a cutaway to reach the upper frets. 🤷
