Home Depot looks like a much better deal. Does anyone see any meaningful differences such that I shouldn't go with HD?
Bummer! Chat or call them and immediately tell them their product listing is explicitly wrong. It mentions multiple times that its a set that comes with all three shades.

I ended up going to the store and picking up the set myself for the advertised price. Really good quality for the price!
