Keep in mind the only upgrade is installing a larger NVMe SSD. The RAM is soldered to the mainboard. It can't be upgraded or expanded.
Latitudes and Pluses in a commercial environment are covered by 24-hour turnaround Dell factory warranty/service contracts. Most are returned in excellent conditioned. I would suspect Dell refurbs would only have been replaced with OEM part. Not sure of prevailing prices, if the price is right for you, I'd give these a second look.
Primary use would be for Voice Court Reporting running professional voice software and other programs concurrently

lol. Anybody feel like taking a chance on getting something that's decent or sucks depending on the luck of the draw considering it's probably some jaded woot employee who doesn't care what you get.
Update: I submitted the warranty transfer request listing Woot as the previous owner and received the transfer success email same day.
