Does it say the beans are from MN? the one in Sams Club I saw product of China which is the reason I didnt buy it.
All of The Only Bean's edamame products are made from Chinese edamame. Per their FAQ: Where are your products made?
Our company is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and all products are developed locally. We source our beans and manufacture our pasta in China because they are the main producers of organic, and non-GMO soybeans, edamame, and black soybeans (our only ingredients).
Currently, 93% of soybeans grown in the US are genetically modified and grown for animal feed because of its high protein yield. Soybeans grown in China are organic and carefully grown for human consumption. All of our products are USDA Organic Certified and our manufacturer follows strict manufacturing practices and standards. Our factory is also kosher, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO certified.
Costco sells an 18oz bag (i think they originally had blue, but discontinued it for some pink one) for less than $9 regular price. I don't think they ever go on sale. That ends up being less than $0.50 an ounce. This deal is (45 x 0.9oz = 40.5 total oz) for $24 which comes out to be $0.59 an ounce. This is a solid deal if you want to try different flavors.
This is a high protein low calorie snack which I like. But based off of the price intelligence graph, this was at $21 back in March. I'm going to take the chance to see if price drops (I'm assuming these are close to expiration date).

Where are your products made?
