Thank you! I saw a flea 2 days ago and told myself i needed to replace their seresto collars. Speak of the devil!!! Purchased 4 with the 30% first time for $97. Amazon is plagued with reviews from fake collars making dogs sick so I don't buy it from there.

Tried these on my dogs before. Worked well for about a month then the fleas came back. Bought some more and nothing. Heard about Dutch (I think on here?). Now they take the Rx chews and they work flawlessly.

What do you recommend then? What gets rid of fleas and ticks without them biting and doesn't have a "chemical go into the bloodstream"?
What I do is just check them for ticks often and give baths with flea shampoo. I also cut my grass often and not let it get tall which will help with ticks. My dogs are indoor dogs so this has been enough for them where it is not a problem but it might not be enough for you. If you do have to get these collars I would definitely do as others suggested and buy from somewhere you are confident it isn't counterfeit

And do you got give heartworm prevention? That is also just a little bit of poison in their blood. What about vaccines? Just a little bit of disease in their blood.

No I don't give them heartworm pills. The vet test them for heartworm at their yearly checkup.
I do the vaccines that are required by law in my area.

I too have received 2 counterfeit Soresto collars and Amazon was not very receptive to me complaining about it. 100% fake the last ones I got, never again. They also took down my review with images about them being counterfeit. Really irritating. You would think they could get a handle on this for things that can make people or pets ill.

I've loved Soresto collars, to know they're this plagued. My 2027 collar is coming from somewhere else, price be damned.

If you care about your dog you should do a google search on these before buying. After some research I stopped buying these. Can cause neurological problems for your dog. Seizures, etc
You are right. The meds can cause neuro in some dogs. Never switch dogs and cat collars. It can kill the cat, for sure. I dont know about a dog, but they are made only for the listed species
