I've done this a bunch in the past with no issues but what's the status of this process and the terms of service? Have people ever been banned for this kind of arbitrage? I don't to risk my 20 year old account with a ton of games if it's possible to get banned for this

Idk of any account banned for using keys for other countries for xbox.

You'll never get an account ban doing this. I've done this many times with games and buying xbox live ultimate from other countries.

Love this game from someone who hates rogue games. Got real hook until i beat it 100%, Very adictive. Went to play part 1 and dont really enjoy it much

My account of 8 years filled entirely with either Turkey or Argentina keys activated with VPN. Zero issues.
