I have this router costco version rax54. One of the best routers I've owned. The 2.4ghz band is actually strong unlike deco wifi 6 line.

My only concern is 120 is alot to pay for a wifi 6 router that is probably about to hit end of life soon.

I want to upgrade to WIFI-7 and put my RAX120, which never had any issue and was still under warranty, on craigslist for $80. Someone offered 60, so I unregistered it and that terminated its warranty...even better the buyer was no show.

This is why I only have ASUS routers. I hate subscription based ones.

wrong way to look at it, subscriptions are for services that cost money to run otherwise they'd lose money over time
