V30/U3 card has min write speed of 30MB/s, which is OK for 4K 30fps. A rating is mostly for applications (measure of IOPs).
For dashcam the biggest concern is endurance.

This Team Group 256GB microSDXC stands out for cheap high capacity, but the comments focus more on its limits and the listing risk than on the card itself. It is a U3 A1 card, so it should handle 4K 30fps and similar workloads, but it is not the faster A2 class and may be a poor fit for dashcams that need stronger sustained write performance. The Walmart listing also draws suspicion because it has no reviews, comes from a third party seller in China, and looks unusually cheap. A cautious pick if capacity matters more than speed or seller confidence.

  • Dashcam owners needing capacity only, because the card's U3 A1 speed is enough for 4K 30fps recording but not for higher-performance app use.

    HeyGuysChrisFixHereagateagate

  • Shoppers wanting a cheap high-capacity card for basic storage, because the low price is framed as acceptable when speed requirements are modest.

    HeyGuysChrisFixHereagate

  • People comparing against microSD Express requirements, because this card is not the right format and a standard high-capacity card may be the better fit.

    Squirrel

  • Memory-card buyers who avoid suspicious third-party listings, because this listing has no reviews and is sold by a third party from China.

    ankhang0920LUNZDEALSagateghostfreckle

  • Buyers who need app-heavy performance, because A1 is weaker than A2 for application IOPS.

    Miraxchangeagate

  • Shoppers storing important files, because there are concerns about premature failure and possible data corruption on Team Group microSD cards.

    freakingwillySphynx4D

  • Dashcam owners who need sustained high write speed, because this U3 A1 card can run at roughly one-third the write speed of U3 A2 cards.

The last time a Team Group microSD card was on FP, users reported premature failure:

There's probably a good reason why Team Group's SD cards are much cheaper than their competitors, especially when flash memory is in an extreme demand.

All cards fail at some point. Anecdotes don't help. If there are statistics for failure rate at scale of at least hundreds or thousands cards with regular use, that would be something that can compared across brands.

You need a micro sd express card. Do yourself a favor and get 512gb. I have a Samsung P9 but those are like $200 now. I heard the ONN brand from Walmart work decent and they are $80. They are Lexar rebranded which is a good company.

There are other TeamGroup sd cards on Amazon. I'd read review for those. Last I shopped for SD cards I went with Lexar. I might have not gone with this brand due to data integrity issues. Meaning, some reviews might have claimed that some files become corrupt and unrecoverable. But I could be mixing it up with a different brand.
