You can use up to $10 in Walgreens Cash to pay and not affect the $10 Walgreens Cash Rewards for the order. The $10 Walgreens Cash used to pay shouldn't affect your P&G rebate either.

what about the Manufacturer coupon that shows up on the online order page, do they affect the $50 spend from P&G? Im submitting it for the first time where im piecing multiple P&G products where some are $1-2 on the final amount on the receipt but the pre-manufacturer coupon deduction is, say, $8-10. If I submit 5 of those where the pre-tax dollar amount is $10 or more, thus making 5x = over $50, for example, will they work ?

Your P&G total should be AFTER any coupons and promo codes, but BEFORE tax. Use of Walgreens Cash for purchase is considered a form of payment so should not count against your P&G total.

For this deal, you can use up to $10 in Walgreens Cash to pay and still be above the $40 minimum spend to earn the new $10 Walgreens Cash Rewards (coupon in step #3).

hmmm, so WAG10 10% shd also be deducted from the PG total then even though thats a store coupon, not a manufacturer's coupon? Asking for clarity... the PG rebate form asks for total amt spent (which in my case is a lot less after manufacturer coupon, WAG10 & WAG...

Yes, any coupons (store or manufacturer) and any promo codes (WAG10, MAY20, etc) should be deducted from the P&G total.

Easiest thing to do is to log in to your Walgreens account. Go to order history and select the order you want. There should be a "View Receipt PDF". I normally just use the "return value" listed for the item to submit for the P&G rebate as that should include any coupons and promo codes. The UPC code for the item should also be listed for you to use for the rebate submission. See the attached image.
