I switched to sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. That's when I realized this kraft stuff was just corn syrup. Haven't tried others but baby rays is comparably better by a galactic margin.

Sweet Baby Rays is solid. Kinder's is solid. Stubb's is solid. Only problem is that there are 2-3x the price. Still worth it.
Kraft BBQ serves very specific purposes - food like kids microwave chicken nuggets, team BBQs when the boss has no concept of what food actually costs, etc.

If you have a lidl or Aldi's near you, try their BBQ sauces that don't use high fructose corn syrup but regular sugar. Usually 3-4 different types that are solid tasting.

Ugh, your body doesn't care if it's sugar or HFC. That said for taste absolutely go with sugar and if you really want to try something that tastes good try Meat Mitch or something other than the name brand crap until you find one that works for you. Surprisingly Ace Hardware has a very good selection.
