All of them have been precharged.
Unfortunately the copper lineset is very thin & i usually get a better quality one from elsewhere.
The install is the biggest thing , unless you enjoy tinkering with it every season😆
As for the Chinese no-name, I've dealt with AC units and they all use the same parts bin. Your local AC repair guy just orders comparable parts to install whenever "brand name" units break. Might as well save money up front.

The second thing that is not mentioned that has me worried is that this does not explicitly say that it comes pre-charged. This usually means you need somebody familiar with subcool/superheat/glide to charge the system up.
It is possible to install it yourself and to vacuum pump down the lines with a good digital supco micron meter. You better be EXCEPTIONALLY handy and knowledgeable with electricity though as this unit is 230 volt.
