Maybe delete cache and cookies for the Amazon website and log in with your Amazon account again, it should work on the product page but you can also clip it after adding it to the shopping cart.

Do these just fall apart?

I've gotten a few included in other things that are so cheap and brittle they just fall/rip apart. Completely useless and just contributes to unnecessary waste without any utility.

They are like Velcro,they work well for cord management.

They are talking about the ones that the velcro splits off the back fuzzy side of the velcro. Essentially they divide and become useless. I have had this experience with cheap velcro cable ties before as well. I do not have experience with these specific ones, but I have to assume they'd be similar.

I'd recommend cablematters brand - those are a bit more expensive but much higher quality
