Extra strength acetaminophen (500 mg), 100 caplets is $1.89 regular price at Lidl. Unless you absolutely must have name brand, this isn't a slick deal.

Agree... this comes to $0.10/ea caplet which isn't a deal. If there's no local Lidl... you can buy 100 of the Up & Up brand for $1.99 ($1.89 with RedCard discount) which would be $0.45 for the same 24.

Or Costco regularly discounts their 1,000 count (currently $9.99) which would be $0.24 for the same 24 count or less when on sale.

I personally agree that it's not worth the premium to buy the Tylenol brand, and also not worth a downvote to share alternative options.
