"This Galaxy Z Fold5 is 100% functional in Good condition, item will include scratches and dents on the front, back, and corners of the product. It does NOT come in its original packaging but will include a generic UL certified cable."
I just tried eBay refurbished phones again and once again I'm disappointed with dishonest merchants selling suspicious phones with 1-year warranty, from the merchant. I just bought a refurbished unlocked Samsung Z Flip 7 and found out fee days later that the phone won't update OS and instructed me to visit a service center. Also spent more than 1 hour with AT&T to have them troubleshoot for Wi-Fi Calling which the phone never got the push. AT&T pushed the soc but still nothing. The merchant offered me $20 refund to keep the phone but it's not going to be able update OS ever. Returning it.

Refurb? Sounds like they just factory reset someone's old device. Ehhh indeed.

I wouldn't count on these 2-3 years old phone. The battery isnt new anymore so who knows how long it will last or holds charge.
Don't be fooled by the word "refurbished". These are used phones that they probably bought in bulk from people who did tradeins and whatnot. All they did was reset the phone. No difference than buying a used phone from an individual.
