I have the same chair from Costco. It still works well after 4 years but is making a bit more noise than it used to. It's the best massage chair out of the 4 or 5 I've tried. It's not perfect but a good value at this price point.

Costco was selling the same model at $3800 last month. I think this price point is pretty good

Great deal. I have the Maestro LE and it's awesome. Been using it for about 3 years and no issues.
