I have the same chair from Costco. It still works well after 4 years but is making a bit more noise than it used to. It's the best massage chair out of the 4 or 5 I've tried. It's not perfect but a good value at this price point.

My parents have one. Same model that they bought 5 yrs ago. It's been reliable for 5 years, but since it's made out of plastic, it makes creaking noises from the panels. Its not newer model with big screen or wifi but its basically got same massage internals as newer models.
I live 10 min from osaki headquarter here on north Dallas. They are not some Chinese company without warranty or support.
Even with 5 yrs of daily usage, our massage chair still looks new. No chip or tare that you get on other PU leather chairs.

When I bought pre deal from them it took about a week for them to pick up the order and then another week to get it to my house. Eventually I paid white glove on the spot for them to bring it into the house and assemble.

I have one my mother in law gave me. At 6"1' 240 lbs I am too big for it. No padding between the hard plastic massage knubs and the back sets about 3" below the top of my shoulders, no neck/head support. I would NOT recommend.
