How does it compare to this model? Buying here for $2799 and they give you a crazy deal gift card for the $2799 amount.

What is the advantage of paying 3x the price for this over the titan telos? I see this is 4D (no idea what that means? 4th dimension?) both have SL..

Can somebody comment on this? Is this one reliable? I wanna get one for my father I don't want to break down that frequently.
I got this for like $5000 from Costco about 5 years ago. It's been awesome. Really comfy, I usually end up in it for like an hour at a time, and falling asleep. The footrest did start making a ton of noise after about 1.5 yrs, but that was probably because I was stepping on it while it was still moving. Osaki sent a technician out to fix it for free under warranty, and they let me know I should avoid stepping on the footrest, especially if it's actively moving. So be careful of that and you should be fine.

4D means you can adjust the height of the massage ball, which means you can adjust how deeply you want the ball to massage you. I like getting deep, hard massages, so most 3D massagers felt too soft for me.

BTW you can use FSA on massage chairs(if you can get letter from doc). that's like basically getting 30% off.

I've had this one for well over 5 years and use it often. It creaks because of the plastic panels, but otherwise it's been solid and reliable.

Interesting in picking this up but need to dispose an existing massage chair. I read through their white glove policy (+275) and doesn't look like they will help get rid of the old one. Any one has experience getting rid of an old but still functional massage chair?

I tried a cheaper Osaki at Costco. I'm 6 foot. It wasn't big enough to actually massage my shoulders. A guy above mentioned he's 6'1 and it doesn't reach his shoulders either... Any other comments from people ~6ft?

Anyone 6ft+ using this? Thoughts on it? My experience in testing some chairs has been they are too short and don't properly massage my shoulders.
