As of 05/26, this deal is still on. However, there's lots of variability.
The coupon codes listed in the deal write-up no longer work, but there are others to replace them.
There's 7 levels you can stack, possibly 8.
1) 10% SMS offer. As you browse the site, you'll see an offer at the bottom of the page. Get this coupon first.
2) Talk to customer service. There's two promos they can offer. One is 2 years of SamsungCare which has msrp of $199. They can also offer $120 off installation which brings installation cost down to $39. I opted for the 2 year SamsungCare. I tried to stack both of these and it does not seem possible.
3) EPP plan. I had access to an EDU, military discount, corporate EPP and AAA. All of these EPPs seems to have different pricing and sometimes change after a day. There's no simplistic rule, just keep trying over and over and prices change. Ultimately I got the best pricing through AAA, but don't rely on it.
4) 10% off for watching the AI promo video. https://www.samsung.com/us/tvs/vision-ai-tv/ (under "TV & AV"; "Samsung AI Vision"). After watching the video it creates a cookie with the coupon and affects checkout pricing.
5) coupon code OLED2026
6) American Express offers. Mine was $125 off $1250
7) Samsung rewards. Enable this in your account before you check out.
People also mentioned a blue banner at the top, but I couldn't find this with multiple browsers. So assuming that is dead. And pretty sure you can't use cashback with EPP, but I guess it doesn't hurt if clicking through doesn't change the price.
Combining these I was able to get things down to $1108 (+tax) less $125 Amex offer plus whatever the Samsung rewards are worth. Which is $983 plus tax on $1108.
A few people were able to get pricing down less than $1100, but I could never figure that out.
The Samsung website is super flaky and you can't really figure out why prices change; you can often get logged out; sometimes the site temporarily blocks you.
But keep trying and you get different prices.

Edit: The 77" oled is also eligible for Samsung's "Buy More, Save More" rebate. Model: QN77S90FA, which gives you $100 off (or more) if you buy 2 or more appliances. Note that most big box stores are excluded. (Edit 2: looks like Samsung.com is excluded, even though Samsung.com advertises the promo.
Has anyone played around with EPP and other appliances or know of any codes like oled2026 that can work on other categories of appliances?

I first watched the AI video, added the S90F to the cart, I see 10% off without login, this is the key. I then logged into the EPP account, I now see the EPP Promotional Offer.
In parallel, I went to the Samsung website from unused browser, in my case, MS EDGE browser & lurk around the site for a couple of minutes and I saw the 10% OFF Mobile number pop up at the bottom left corner. I put in my phone number and receive another 10% off coupon on my phone.
I don't know if this part was YMMV, but I also saw a blue banner at the top of the cart that said something along the lines of "Get an extra $100 off, act fast" something like that.
I then started a chat with Samsung expert, with everything in the cart and asked expert to check on S95F and is it really out of stock, I told the expert I am debating between S90F & LG C5 77. She asked me if Samsung Care 2 year will sweeten my experience and I gladly took it.
My final price was $1150 + tax + free 2 yr Samsung Care+

while i couldn't get either the 10% off watching the ad promo, nor the additional one via the 'additional 10% off' banner ad, i was able to stack the AAA discount with the 10% off text message code to get my total down to like $1230 for the 77". I then added the $35 white glove delivery to meet the $1250 minimum order for the amex offer. i realize that amex almost always considers tax as part of the purchase price for offers, but i didn't want to mess around, and $35 is not the worst deal to help setup a 77" TV.
i could not get the 2 year warranty to add via the link sent via email by the chat rep. however, i was able to open the link in a separate browser, and then proceed to my cart. if you hover over the warranty promo in your cart with your mouse, it will reveal the full promo code for the warranty. you can then add the 2yr warranty to your AAA EPP cart, and then add the promo code.
AAA will then stack with the free warranty, 10% off SMS, and hopefully amex offer to get the 77" down to ~$1100 pre-tax.
