To clarify things a bit, you can only get one cashback offer for $4 Walmart Cash per transaction.
After your order is delivered or picked up, the Walmart Cash will appear in your account.
After 24 hrs, a new $4 Walmart Cash cashback offer checkbox will appear for the oil. You can click to accept and repeat the process. You can also roll your Walmart Cash to purchase more oil and receive the $4 Walmart Cash.
The $10 rebate will then have be submitted 4 separate times, and according to the rebate thread this is the procedure to submit up to a limit of 4 per household.
Purchases can also be done in-store if you click the offer box before buying in-store. You will need to login to your Walmart account at the checkout kiosk via phone number associated with your account or scan through the Walmart app.

They have Mobil 1 Truck and SUV Full Synthetic 5W-30 Motor Oil 5 Quart
on clearance for $20 each
I bought 5
first 2 were "free", because I had a bunch of Paypal Rewards points
the next 3 were $21.50 each with tax, or $64.50 total
Rebate takes off $40, so $24.50 total
doing 5 $20 purchases gives a $20 store credit for anyone who registers with
AZ.
So that's kind of like another $20 off, assuming I spend it on something like antifreeze that I would have bought anyway.
So my total price for Five 5 quart containers, aka 6.25 gallons, is $4.50 with tax. That is 72 cents a gallon for 100% synthetic, name brand.
You could do better than this if you have other rewards, or a rewards credit card that gives you points with purchase.

Still havent received any update on approval or processed. I'm losing faith on this rebate.
Pennzoil had a similar rebate back in 2024 had a rebate that processed and delivered within 10 days.
This one is leaning towards LAME

It is in the rebate company to lay out these expectations. Its also in their best interest to do so.
Other companies and other rebates are more communicative and straight foreward with their timelines. Its a simple "pleast allow X amount of time for your rebate to be processed, and sent"
Seriously. Its just bad marketing. They aren't making any friends or lifelong customers with these shenanigans.
