FOSI audio make some pretty small amps with phono + BT. I've been really happy with their headphone amps. Not portable though, so probably not idea if your old record player is some cool portable thing.

I bought this on a previous deal for the same price and it worked fine with my Airpods Pro 2. Sound quality isn't as good as if connected to an apple device (no spatial obviously) but there was no noticeable lag. Connectivity is ok for the most part but I did experience that after pausing to go to the restroom or something, Bluetooth may disconnect, requiring a quick re-pairing. Minor annoyance but not a deal breaker for me. Good enough for watching movies on a flight un-tethered.

I have it and it works perfectly. I use it for TV with earbuds in the evening when everyone is asleep. Plugs into my Denon receiver system.
