This is a DC voltage battery, so to use it in your house you need to convert it to AC with an inverter.

Then, you can either just use it on its own panel and plug things into it when the power is out, or you can install a critical loads panel and transfer switch to switch your home over during an outage.

Review nfpa 855. Really depends on configuration, but I wouldn't recommend it. Lfp is distinct from li ion, but... Your inspector may not care.

A lfp battery with bms should be pretty efficient - if you are seeing this kind of loss I'd recommend looking for hot components (or a measurement error). Thousands of watt hours generates a ton of heat.

I currently run 5 of them daily with an EG4 Flexboss18 inverter. The batteries are not UL listed though so they wouldn't pass an inspection.

You could plug this thing directly into your f3000 LFP with a DIY adapter. Basically, it just expands the power of the Pecron like an expansion battery should. It would be charged via the Pecron through solar or AC.

There are automatic transfer switches, yes. Some inverters have them built in.

Some homeowner insurance policies will void the coverage for using non UL listed batteries and I was told this cannot be tied to the grid if not UL Listed
