Yes. These are design and approved to be refilled. I have 2 and they hold refills well.

I believe you will need a propane adapter to re-fill these tanks from a 5LB propane tank...something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VVNG...in_title_5

They're all refillable. These are just more heavy duty and legal by federal DOT to be transported after being filled. You'll be hard pressed to find a company that will refill such a small tank, though.

Waste of money if you ask me. Just refill the regular ones.

What I will say is I have their 1/4lb tank and love it. I refill it off of my full size tank and then use the mini 1/4lb on my torch for grill starting, searing, etc.

1lb seems like a more weird size, but maybe good to fill off of your main and then use on portable gear?

yes, 1lb is the standard for cooking/camping/portable heaters/lawn equipment, etc

If anyone is interested in a high quality refillable tank that does not need a tool, take a look at Mr. Heater Fuel Keg.

I recently bought these and the refill adaptor when on sale. Initial refills went very smooth and I was able to use it with my torch to burn the weeds on my front walkway. I look forward to using these while camping for either cooking or heat.

I have one of those since I had been refilling the Coleman tanks for a few year. I finally gave in the last time these were on sale and I bought theirs just to make sure it would work. It costs more, but I kind of like theirs better since it has the lever control.

Plus I bought these feet for the big tank so it was easier to turn the valve on and and off.
