The 235/65R17 tire is also taller. One issue specific to fitting taller tires is that your speedometer will read slower than your actual speed. In this case, the difference will be between 1-2mph at highway speeds.

Additionally, a tire that is taller does reduce some of the clearance in your wheel well. This is magnified by a tire that is both taller and wider.

If these concerns sound too alarming, do consider that the differences in this case are very small. The overall diameter is being increased by a half of an inch (so losing a quarter inch of clearance around the tire). The increase in width is even smaller.
