This Legion Tower 7i Gen 10 is a high end RTX 5090 desktop that stands out for its strong CPU, 64GB of memory, and 2TB of storage in a prebuilt package. The extra RAM and roomy internals make it useful for video generation, local inference, VMs, and other heavy multitasking, and the NVMe slot is easy to reach without removing the GPU. Build quality and cable management are praised, and the packaging is described as very secure. The main drawbacks are stock and fulfillment hiccups, delayed delivery updates, and locked down memory settings that can make RAM upgrades unstable or slower. It feels like a capable all in one workstation if you can live with the prebuilt quirks.
Common Questions (5)
Adding RAM can drop memory speed, especially with 4 sticks, and the BIOS appears locked down with no obvious memory tuning options. One upgrade fell from 5600 MT/s to 4800 MT/s, and another attempt with DDR5-6400 XMP modules would not boot properly.
64GB is enough for many workloads and can be a sweet spot for ComfyUI-style use, but heavier VM and coding setups benefit from 128GB. The extra RAM helps when running Linux VMs, agents, and other CPU-bound tasks alongside GPU work.
It can be postponed after purchase, with estimated delivery dates slipping by a few days. One order moved from 5/19 to 5/21, and another arrived 7 days after ordering after the Lenovo site had revised the date again.
It appears to go in and out of stock, and some orders can still be placed when it briefly shows available. One comment also notes a cart showing $0 at one point, so availability and pricing can change quickly.
The case is well built with very clean cable management and strong foam packaging, and the NVMe slot is easy to reach without removing the GPU. The main caveat is that the front RGB display is considered bulky, and the RAM is non-RGB.

Upon inspection the system is well built, cable management is super clean, it came well protected in a box full of foam. I have zero complaints. With current pricing there is no way I could have built it for cheaper.
