You could but it will be harder than doing it with bulk riser cable. A lot of these pre terminated wires will use stranded and extremely thin wires. They tend to be much more difficult to get a good end crimped onto compared to solid core riser cable.

2 seconds of searching on Amazon pulled up this 150ft for ~ $14 so probably even better prices if taking some time to do comparisons before thinking price mistakes Roll Eyes (Sarcastic):
