Good as it gets for drip unless you jump up and spring for a moccamaster.
No problems for several years. Easy programming. Consistent results.
Great price for this.
I had this coffee maker for almost 10 years. It eventually developed a small leak around the water reservoir, so I upgraded to a used Moccamaster I found for cheap on FB Marketplace.
I think this OXO model is one of, if not the best coffee maker you can get at this price point (unless you're willing to buy used). And, even though it eventually failed me, it lasted nearly a decade, so I got my money's worth out of it. (And it might have been repairable, I kinda just wanted to get a Moccamaster.)

Had this coffee maker for about 5 years until the glass spout inside the water reservoir cracked. OXO replaced no questions asked. I also switched to a moccamaster but would buy this again for this price (if I needed one or needed the recommendation).

Over half of the "most recent" 20 amazon reviews for this thing are terrible. A 3.9 overall still isn't very good but it seems like they got worse recently.
I've heard build quality on this isn't as good as the 8 cup, but this one has some nice features like a timer which is incredibly nice. I was strongly considering this one before I got my Breville Precision (which I would absolutely recommend if you can find it at TJ Max/Homegoods or a Luxe as the new one is called). This is the best price I've seen for this Brewer.
I have this. It's a great maker and it's Coffee Brewers Associaton approved. Programmable was a must for us so it was perfect. The only gripe is it's annoying to clean the middle. Worth this price for sure
