If you actually do research you would know only fermented food has probiotics that actually help you. Like kimchi or sauerkraut.

refrigeration is not necessarily a sign of a superior probiotic. Modern freeze/spray-drying and stabilization technologies allow many probiotic strains to remain viable at room temperature and become metabolically active again in the gut...shelf-stable probiotics can sometimes be more reliable because they are designed to tolerate normal temperature fluctuations, whereas refrigerated products may lose potency if the cold chain is interrupted during shipping or storage...more important than refrigeration is strain transparency and clinical validation--high-quality probiotics should list the full genus, species, and specific strain (such as Bifidobacterium lactis HN019)

Tried these for a few months, along with other brands such as Garden of Life, Sports Medicine, etc. Really noticed no difference in gut health until I cut out fried food and high fat dairy. I see no need to take probiotics on a daily basis anymore, for me at least.

Idk if it helps or not, but I try to copy what Seed probiotics does by having the smaller probiotic capsule inside a larger capsule with some probiotic fiber in there with it. You can buy the larger empty capsules from Amazon. I like the Seed brand, but it's a little expensive for me. I'd recommend getting Seed if you can afford it though. The concept seems like it makes sense to actually get the probiotics through the stomach without them all being wiped out by your stomach acids.

Wonder if this helps with acid reflux. I never felt any difference in the past after taking probiotics. :/

You guys need to research probiotics.
The only real worthwhile probiotics are those that are continuously refrigerated being as that they are LIVE CULTURES.

I RECOMMEND the Garden of Life Probiotics that they sell at SPROUTS... they keep those REFRIGERATED.

Microencapsulated probiotics are the only way to go. Physician's Choice is an overpriced junk brand that survives off its marketing.

What's a good combo is the probiotic and also 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8oz of water in morning and in the evening. Those two things combined really helped me.
