Small reminder, this only trains a limited set of gripping muscles, but is convenient
Regardless of which you buy, consider the free training advice at https://ironmind.com/product-info...-grippers/. Tldr, most people do way too many reps of way too low of a weight for these.

Found my dad's as a kid in the 70's and have been using some form of them ever since. I can say that the cheap, no-name ones will break (sometimes catastrophically) at very inopportune times. One even blew apart at the coil and send a piece into the bezel of my old TV. A 1/4" to the right and I'd have been shopping for a new TV.
Curious about grabbing a set of these, my old plastic freebies are about to give up the ghost!
I stopped using these because i didnt want to mess up my hands when im older.
I did these, static holds with fat grips, and barbell wrist curls for forearms. Never needed to use straps anymore and it significantly helps pressing movements.

Guessing it's some kind of ganglion cyst in a knuckle between those fingers. Anyone have any suggestions?
