Decently rated- make sure to plug the promo code; otherwise appears $21.99 (at least did for me).

Let's not talk about why my right hand is so much stronger than my left.

im at best a lower end intermediate weight lifter: I would avoid getting such a wide range (50 pounds between them), unless collecting for challenges between peers or just to see how you feel about this type of exercise.

Small reminder, this only trains a limited set of gripping muscles, but is convenient

Regardless of which you buy, consider the free training advice at https://ironmind.com/product-info...-grippers/. Tldr, most people do way too many reps of way too low of a weight for these.

Weird, my left is stronger but I'm a eighty. I can squeeze 300lbs no problem with my left, but the right was a struggle.

Ajusting your grip, grip angle, forearm position, and number of fingers used can spread the "exercise" over more muscle groups. But constant static use can lead to some mild arthritis as well as tendon strain.

Found my dad's as a kid in the 70's and have been using some form of them ever since. I can say that the cheap, no-name ones will break (sometimes catastrophically) at very inopportune times. One even blew apart at the coil and send a piece into the bezel of my old TV. A 1/4" to the right and I'd have been shopping for a new TV.

Curious about grabbing a set of these, my old plastic freebies are about to give up the ghost!

i used to use the COCs and heavy duty grippers back in high school and early 20s. You need to learn how to properly hold these in your hand and where to chalk up your hands. Lee hayward had the best tutorial back in the day. The best way these convert to lifting is if you flip them upside down because the fingers closest to the thumb give out first during lifts.
I stopped using these because i didnt want to mess up my hands when im older.

I did these, static holds with fat grips, and barbell wrist curls for forearms. Never needed to use straps anymore and it significantly helps pressing movements.

FYI, I had other things in my Amazon cart along with the hand grips. I then kept trying to add the Promo Code and it wouldn't work, but it turns out the 50% discount was already applied automatically. Great deal.

I have some ulnar nerve issues in my last 2 fingers. Theyve been numb since January. Stopped using PC mouse and stopped using that hand for phone usage, but is not getting better.
Guessing it's some kind of ganglion cyst in a knuckle between those fingers. Anyone have any suggestions?
