It was previously a flagship and while it's definitely not a top of the line model anymore, I wouldn't call it outdated. Especially for the price of $343.99 after coupon.

I'd say this model is the best bang for your buck out of their refurb listings.
Flexi-arm to mop the edges, lifting and rotating mops, AI obstacle avoidance with camera, live stream camera, hot wash mop, voice assistant, etc.

I got this recently and I am quite impressed with it overall, but especially the object avoidance. I also bought ebay refurb at this same price point. 2 yr warranty is a must on these things.

If anyone is worried about the 2 year warranty they are cutting me a check to replace mine that stoped working after a lightning strike. Had 2 months left on the warranty. Negative is I had to ship it to them. This was on the Qrevo with mop/vacuum dock.

I bought a roborock in 2019 that just wasn't getting it done anymore so I researched them like crazy. There ended up being ebay deal that I just couldn't pass up, esp the warranty.
I bought this in March - ran it like crazy and watched the water tank get more clear with every use. With all dark wood, this has left our floors foot and paw print free!
I, too, worried about the suction power but watching so many YouTube reviewers convinced me I wouldn't see the difference.
It picks up breeze litter pellets daily, and has cleaned up spilled flour and coffee grounds with no issue.
We absolutely LOVE it!

Did the same here with this refurbished MaxV, albeit in January. Has been incredible for our cleaning cadence, covering hard wood, tile, and carpet with ease. We hardly use our Dyson anymore. Have had maybe half a dozen friends see it in action and purchase for themselves shortly thereafter. Now at ~$20 cheaper than January 2026, seems like as good of a deal as ever!

Automatic. When I logged into Allstate for the first time (2 weeks ago) it had the roborock info. They gave me a label to ship it in for repair. I had to supply the box and packing to ship it.
