It says 320mg of caffeine but the nutrition labels one scoop is 160mg of caffeine. Odd way to present their ingredients lol. As a bodybuilder, I would say this is a decent preworkout. You do not want to get hooked nor take large amounts of caffeine. It will take longer for your heart to calm down if your hopped on a bunch of caffeine (think leg and back days).
