Eligibility: PayPal Send for Seats Sweepstakes – 2026 Football Season (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Legal residents of Florida and New York are each eligible for a separate prize drawing; 1 for Florida residents or 1 for New York residents. Legal residents of the remaining 48 United States and the District of Columbia are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.
