Unfortunately, no, RDR2 has a 30fps cap on all consoles. And for that reason I'll be playing on PC where my frame rate is unlocked.

DO NOT BUY THIS ON CONSOLE YET. the game is locked at 30 fps even though a ps5 pro could easily run at 60 or even 4k 120 with pssr. The game feels TERRIBLE at 30 fps. The updated first game feels so much better to play. Sticking with it until gta 6 comes out and rockstar can finally do a next gen update for rd2 (probably after the next next gen consoles come out)

Frankly, it needs a remaster with 60fps and 1440p. I would pay day one for that.
