I have the older version (no middle support). Decent parts. Standard struts used in construction. Overall very sturdy.

Yes, sturdy enough, nothing fancy. Needs to be secured down to something. It was cheaper to buy 2 of these than buying one of the longer versions, was able to fit 5 410w panels in a row with two lined up.

I have 5 of these. Earlier versions and current version.
The current versions are outstanding. I don't even use the middle support.
Just keep in mind that if you want to fit 4 200w on these racks, the panels has to be <27inch width.
The latest 195w n-type from EW are fantastic and can be had for ~$85. 4 of these will fit.

They are a budget-friendly option for solar panel mounting. The main thing to watch out for on these is the following.
Your angle when assembling for the solar panels once they are assembled you cannot change this unless you take everything apart.
For the base, if you live in a windy place, I would go for footers. I used blocks and filled them with concrete.
I have 4 of these installed on my property.

Lol. Unless you live in a dry desert, it is going to rust. even stainless rusts.

I have the original without the middle support. Works good enough holding my 3x400w panels. The wind and snow have knocked it over a handful of times, but its like there was a nearby tornado and i dont have it screwed in to concrete or something like that.

Are these racks able to mount other solar panels, or just Eco-Worthy hardware?
Are these racks able to mount onto a 4ft aluminum fence?

It uses a type of clamp down bracket that attaches to the cross strut. You can mount pretty much any type of panel as long as it is a standard thickness.
You might have to supply your own hardware for mounting to your fence. I remember mine came with expansion bolts, but I mounted to a wood roof shed and used my own bolts.

Thank you for the response and helpful insight. I'm looking to dip my toes in solar with my shed, but it has tall trees directly to the South, so roof-mount here would not be good. We do have a 4ft aluminum pool fence nearby. That type of fence probably wouldn't be strong enough to handle the weight during high-wind.

I have these mounted to 2 4×4 and some casters to make a cart honestly if you have the space, definitely build a mobile rig. Lots of videos on YouTube doing the same thing. Although it takes alot of extra screws and materials not included in package.

I'd probably stick to a ground mount. If you want stationary, just mount to some cinder blocks.
