Cool that I can use this off my drill batteries, but I rarely reach for this and always opt for my smaller one

It doesn't get warm at all, so it never dims or shuts down from being on too long.
Even a 5 day power failure doesn't challenge this thing.
that thing is BRIGHT and long distance.
Carry it in the evening when walking the dog or at night as a legal non lethal "weapon".
if anyone cause trouble to me I would shine on their face to temporarily blind them.
but though I think one of those large mag lights would be better as it can be use as a club for smashing heads.
The bad = Low lumens, mounting options (no magnet), direction of beam (can only aim down so far)
The good = light lasts forevers even on 2mah, your drill runs out of battery just swap real quick, simple on/off trigger (one setting)
