I believe this is it for UA Curry's. He and UA have parted ways. Edited: Some people correct my original understanding. Thanks.

These have tons of issues. Look at professional reviews and see if any of the issues will impact you before buying.

I believe this is it for UA Curry's. He is changing companies at this point as he didn't feel UA was working with him, and apparently the last straw was when they didn't sign Caitlin Clark, letting Nike snag her instead. Apparently he was unhappy about that, guessing he wanted her to have a signature line of Curry's similar to how Nike has been pairing her with Kobes.
Maybe 20% true. He did want them to get Clark, but they were never gonna match a Nike offer. All they could do was try to convince her that with UA should wouldn't get lost in the shuffle. Nike already has Sabrina, A'ja, and a couple others signed. Some already have signature shoes. What I'm reading is it was somewhat mutual. Curry and his celebrity wasn't really growing the brand like either wanted. He wanted more off court appeal, and they couldn't make it happen. I bought a pair of 10s I believe they are in Ross for like $50 last year. It's the first UA product I've ever purchased.

Both are incorrect.

Company had to restructure and downsize. They couldn't afford to keep the basketball players on-contract. They bought out Curry's contract.

There's a YouTube video that explains the UA financials as a company and why they had to downsize everything across the company to save money and not go bankrupt.

Thank you both for correcting me without being asses about it. That was all my understanding from talking to my local UA store manager, but I certainly wouldn't put that over the corrections above. Edited my original post.

I'm not big on shoe stuff, but I think if Curry somehow teamed up with Shaq at Reebok, they could bring the brand back from the dead. There's a huge potential for him to grow his brand as he ages out of the NBA. Why get a signature shoe when you could partially own a whole company?
