The actual S85F is $899 at Bestbuy. The thing that makes this tricky is that I held out / holding out on other deals that will probably be over by the time this is delivered. I can't risk having multiple TVs show up at my house when I might not be at home to refuse depending on how this pans out.

So you're saying there's a chance it's legit? I get that the deal link specs show UPC 887276952628 and that supposedly matches an S95. However, if you search bestbuy.com by that UPC, it comes up as $1597 -- almost double the deal price. Appearing less and less likely that I'll have a real S95F delivered but still keeping fingers crossed.

Actually, the wife wouldn't mind if an S85F gets delivered and we refuse delivery. She is getting tired of the revolving door of TVs coming to the house. Too many good deals popping up.

Went from a 48" LG C4 (that Costco took back after a year due to HDMI issues) --> C5 (even worse HDMI issues) --> S90F --> LG G5 and potential S95F. But it's almost over and will keep either the G5 or S95F (if it truly arrives).

Bought the open box G5 but was able to return it because of burn-in. Bought this but who knows how long until delivery or what model it will be. Still waiting to be shipped, and I can't cancel. But I'm also now looking at other Memorial Day sales and wondering if I grab one of those to hedge my bet. Like a 55" C5 for $900

The AI council I have in perplexity indicates that if you have the invoice and funds charged it forms the basis of a contract. They can indicate a pricing mistake but due to the price of previous models being priced sub $1000 after new model release so the pricing cannot be viewed as a mistake. We'll see what BrandsMart does

They are lying about stock their site shows multiple available to order and pick up in an hour - this amounts to bait and switch which is illegal on internet orders.

And if it was a "website glitch", then why does the link still take you to the listing for an S95F? At least update the website. As of 5/25/2026 at 9:33 PM PST, it still shows as S95F, albeit "sold out". BrandmartUSA is going to have to process a lot of returns and refunds.

My Bestbuy orders page has a spot to contact the seller. There is a potential to get this cancelled before it ships. I want to avoid the hassle of missing the delivery and not being able to refuse if it is the wrong product.
What are others considering on this one?

I contacted them via the Contact button on Best Buy app and their CSR said it was a system error and indeed it was not for the S95F. They went ahead and canceled my order and issue the refund. Saved me a headache of having to refuse the delivery.

Reached out and asked for the same after they confirmed the error. Awaiting refund/used gift card return.
