I guess men don't need taekwondo shoes - they use regular sneakers like animals
These are unisex. I have these in black and also white. I ordered a 1.5 size up and it fits well even with my wide feet.... I never wear these casually outside. I use them strictly for kicking and they are great for that.

What size do you wear in men's shoes? These only go up to 10 which the Adidas size chart says is equivalent to a men's 9. I wear 9 in street shoes but 10 in running shoes since your feet swell up during running, so ordering a women's 10 in these might be a bit risky...especially since I like a wider fit that allows my toes more room, ideally to splay them---am a big fan of Altras and Vibram 5 Fingers but neither makes martial arts shoes.

If you wear men's size 9, you should order size 10.5. You could possibly order size 10 and the leather wilI definitely stretch out especially if you are doing a lot of martial art moves or boxing. I have borderline Men's extra wide feet and these fit perfectly. These really aren't that narrow especially since I am used to much narrow MENS boxing shoes. I also have Puma Redon (martial art inspired) shoes and I definitely prefer the Adidas for the better fit (wider) and higher quality but the Puma Redon (no lace or velcro) are pretty good as well.... I don't wear these casually. I use them strictly for martial arts or boxing. Fast footwork and you can spin nicely.
