This is a decently good price. Msrp is an overly inflated price and no one actually pays that. I think this typically goes for $750-$900 new on average. About $600 pre-owned on chronos24 and such.

I love 24 hour time and watches and was interested in obtaining a modern one, the older ones are mad expensive. Then I realized the modern ones are just a GMT movement with a different face and I became very less interested.

This model (GL0378) appears to be a true 24 hour movement--i.e., the hour hand makes one full circuit every 24 hours rather than every 12.
