At first couldn't get the coupon savings since I am already scheduled to receive this item next week with my S&S. However noticed there was a "sponsored" link to bundle this with another at a base price of $10.98. Clicked on that link, applied all the coupon savings, and ended up with a final price of $3.50 for the 2nd applicator. Here is the link if you're not able to get the $3.50 - $4.80 price if you are already signed up for S&S.

Yeah, they're misleading by using the Advil name, I know its a brand but it makes you think you're getting a topical with ibuprofen.

No coupon at all for me. Wonder why I tend to not have a coupon on most of these deals? Do I already spend so much with them that they don't feel the need, or could it be location?

So according to active ingredients there is no actual pain reliever in it. Like Icy/hot or Bengay.

Camphor, Menthol, and Methyl Salicylate help pain by effectively distracting your brain from the pain. They create heating or cooling sensations that override the pain messages going to your brain so that's all you feel. Capsaicin works in a similar way although over time, it can actually deplete the neurotransmitter that tells your brain you have pain.

So, this DOES have items to relieve pain but not to treat whatever is causing your pain. Still can make it helpful although I personally do better with topical Voltaren (an antiinflammatory) for my back pain.
