This is the slim model, hence 16S, and the 5070 Ti in this is limited to 115W. The Neo 16 with the IPS display has the full wattage 5070 Ti.

There's just about a 10-13% difference from the full wattage. You can also flash a full 140w bios to it. I have the 16S and it's great, but needs a cooling pad for sure.
